Step 01

Discovery

We dig into the idea, who it is for and where it fits, so the big decisions get made early and on purpose instead of halfway through the build.

Step 02

Planning

Milestones and a plan everyone can read. You know what ships first, what waits, and what it costs before anything gets built.

Step 03

Design

Wireframes first, then real mockups you can click. Accessibility is part of the design, not a pass at the end.

Step 04

Development

Every change starts as a plan, gets its tests written first, and goes through code review before it ships. You see progress every week, not at the end.

Step 05

Testing

Tests run on every change. Then a person checks it on real phones and browsers, with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Step 06

Delivery

We launch it, watch it, and hand over code that is yours: documented, readable, and easy for the next developer to pick up.

Step 07

Maintenance

Updates, fixes and the next round of features. Stay with us, or take it in house. Either works.
